Leading Change, Teamwork and Managing People
Oriented toward students with prior leadership experience as well as those with domain experience seeking career advancement through a leadership role, the aim of the module is to critically evaluate and explore the application of contemporary conceptual and theoretical approaches to leadership focusing on individual capacity to lead self, others and organisations most especially in change circumstances. It is intended students will develop and critically reflect on leadership roles across cultural contexts including the leadership skills and competencies required to formulate, lead and sustain innovative and responsive change strategies.  The module also aims to promote active leadership and membership in productive and agile team activity emphaisisng positive interactivity as a core leadership stance.
