Welcome to the Student Fees Page at ICHAS College. Here you will find information relating to Payment Methods, Installment Plans, Financial Support, and Tax relief. If you have any specific queries, please feel free to contact us directly.

You may pay your fees using any of the methods mentioned below:

PayPal – Students may pay via PayPal by sending a request by email to pay to finance@ichas.ie. A link will be issued where payment can be made.

Bank Transfer – Students can pay by bank transfer into the ICHAS Bank Account as follows:

*If you are using this method of payment, please remember to quote your name and student number on all payment transfers to the College.

Payment Plan by Standing Order

Please set this up with your bank in person or via online banking. And once its set up please email bank confirmation receipt to finance@ichas.ie . Once you have returned this information your student fees account will be updated with the payment plan.

It is important to note that if you have not opted to pay in full or by standing order, then you will automatically incur the extra fee of €150.

Please note the registration process will not be commenced until the €500 acceptance fees is received and this reserves your place on the programme.  Places are limited and this €500 is non-refundable.

Monthly Date of Standing Order – 15th of Each month

If your employer is paying your fees and require an invoice in their company name, please contact finance@ichas.ie directly. Your learner record will also be then updated accordingly to indicate that you are being sponsored. This must be done prior to registering with the College.

Students may avail of some (but not all) government maintenance assistance such as the Back to Education Allowance. For more information click here.

As a private third-level institution, ICHAS students are unfortunately not able to access SUSI funding

Most courses of two or more years’ duration have been approved for tax relief which all students can avail of. Applicants should note that the qualifying conditions for relief may differ for full and part-time students. For further information on claiming tax relief, the qualifying conditions and the list of approved ICHAS College courses, please refer to Revenue.
