Module – Creativity & Business Innovation

The aim of this Module is to support learners to appreciate the value and values of Creativity and Innovation within work related contexts. The Module will focus on the theoretical basis for work related Innovation and creative approaches over the period of the Module.

Both creativity and innovation is central to entrepreneurial activity and to business initiation, development and sustaining viable businesses. This module takes an in-depth look at the whole area from a leadership and management perspective. It will critically evaluate to role of creativity and innovation in an organisational setting providing learners with key skill knowledge and approaches that can be utilised within their respective workplaces
