Launch of Psychology and Behavioural Sciences Postgraduate Programmes at ICHAS
We are thrilled to announce the addition of a suite of Postgraduate psychology and behavioural science programmes. The launch of Psychology and Behavioural Sciences courses at ICHAS is an  exciting development and aligns with our commitment to provide a diverse and comprehensive educational experience, empowering our students to explore the intricacies of the human mind and behaviour.
Why Psychology and Behavioural Science at ICHAS?
At ICHAS, we understand the importance of fostering a holistic approach to education and in the case of these programmes, a higher level knowledge of work related psychology; work related behaviour and the application of the principles of psychology within a range of contexts and environments. These new programmes will allow learners to understand the principles of Work-Related Psychology as well as how behaviour within work related contexts may be understood and wellbeing supported within organisational and work related contexts. The programmes from the Psychology and Behavioural Sciences Department at ICHAS will support learners to improve the quality of work life, and to protect and promote the safety, health and well-being of workers. Learners will be able to contextualise Work-Related Psychology and Work-Related Behavioural Sciences, the Masters programmes available from September 2024 are as follows;
- MA in Work-Related Psychology
- MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Leadership & Management
- MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Entrepreneurship
- MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Mentoring & Coaching
- MA in Work-Related Behaviour with Customer Relationship Management
The college is also offering a suite of Post Graduate Certificates which will introduce the critical areas of Entrepreneurship, Work-Related Leadership, Teamwork & Change Management, and Customer Relations Management.
