Module – Principles Competencies and Practices of Mentoring & Coaching

The aim of the module is to facilitate students to explore and critically evaluate empirically informed theories and principles of Work-Related Mentoring & Coaching. The module will provide students with an in-depth knowledge and critical understanding of the concepts, frameworks and techniques associated with effective work-related mentoring & coaching models. The module will provide opportunities for learners to engage with contemporary research informed evidence relating to the theory and practice of work-related mentoring & coaching. Teaching will use both practical and scenario driven exemplars from different business and organizational contexts.
