Module – Learning, Engagement and Wellbeing in the Workplace

The aim of this Module is to support learners to acquire the necessary knowledge of the theoretical basis to understand the importance of Learning environments as well as processes and circumstances impacting employee engagement and wellbeing within the Workplace. The module will introduce learners the concepts of Learning Organisations and examine the relationship between Learning and employee engagement in work contexts with wellbeing in workplaces. Learners will focus on the theoretical basis for learning organisations, employee engagement, commitment and wellbeing over the period of the Module and learners will be required to appraise the evidence-base for successful leadership in work related contexts
