This Open Evening will be held at:
All ICHAS Programmes are QQI accredited and awarded to include; introductory Certificate Courses in Counselling skills and Psychotherapy studies ; Undergraduate Courses in Counselling and Psychotherapy/Youth Studies/Addiction Studies; Post Graduate and Masters Programmes in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Clinical Supervision, Counselling and Pastoral Care, Leadership and Management, Addiction Counselling – Currenly in Validation process by QQ (Quality and Qualifications Ireland)
Courses are offered in Dublin and Limerick, Cork, Tralee, Sligo, Galway, Waterford and other counties through our Blended Learning Environment.
Our open days are a great way to find out more about studying at ICHAS – and to explore our college in Limerick or visit the Griffith College campus in Dublin, Cork where we also present our courses. These events are a chance for you to:
- learn more about the subjects you’re interested in
- chat to staff from our departments and meet current students
- give you the opportunity to get a sense of what College life is like

Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapeutic Skills & Practice – Next courses begins 8th October 2018 (Duration – 10 weeks)
The Certificate in Counselling & Psychotherapeutic Skills & Practice has been specifically designed for those who want to develop key foundation-level counselling skills. The certificate is an ideal introduction to the world of counselling and psychotherapy, offering participants the opportunity to explore this growing profession in Ireland. It serves as an excellent introduction to the area of counselling, and teaches general counselling skills that will benefit people in both their personal and professional lives. This programme contains one 10 ECTS Credit module from the first year of our degree programme.
