M.A in Leadership and Management at ICHAS
Are you looking to upskill in the field of Leadership and Management? If the answer is yes, then this Masters programme at ICHAS may be for you. Leaders and Managers are now required to have key essential skills in order to lead and strategically manage their organisation and team into the future. The Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences, Castletroy, Limerick provide a one year Masters in Leadership and Management commencing this September. The programme can be completed on part-time or full-time basis leading to a Level 9 qualification on the NFQ from Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI). The programme aims to develop professionals who can lead and apply the skills acquired to a large range of organisational settings. This Masters covers topics including Managing Change, Managing People, Quality Management, Financial Management, Leadership and Teams and Strategic Management leading to the completion of a Dissertation.
The Leadership and Management programme can be completed as a complete Masters programme as above or can also be carried out on a single subject Certificate basis/single module basis. Detailed information on individual modules can be viewed at http://ichas.ie/courses/m-leadership-management/
